Important booking information

Track Day Hire supplies the hire vehicle, transport to the agreed circuit and on-day vehicle support. We are not the track-day organiser and we do not sell or include the customer's circuit entry unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

The customer is responsible for booking and paying for the track day directly with the organiser and for complying with the organiser's requirements, including any licence, identification, helmet, clothing, noise, briefing, passenger and driving rules.

Our attendance and vehicle hire are subject to availability and to the event being suitable for the vehicle. Full hire terms, charges, deposits, damage provisions, cancellations and driver eligibility will be confirmed before a booking is accepted.

Gift vouchers cover only the Track Day Hire service stated on the voucher. Circuit entry and organiser fees are separate unless expressly stated.
